Laurin and Cory's St. Regis Deer Valley wedding was one we will never forget. Originally scheduled to take place on the terrace, cloudy skies and drizzling rain caused us to fall back on plan B; the ballroom.
Following the ceremony, the sky cleared and while the bride and groom enjoyed cocktail hour, the MLE team decided to move the dinner and reception back out to the terrace to surprise the bride. With the help of the florist, photographer, and the entire St. Regis staff, we were able to move the dinner and reception back out on to the terrace in just 45 minutes and it was all captured on film by Ryan Hinman Films. The bride was in utter shock when she saw what we had done and we were all on cloud nine knowing the bride was able to have her dream wedding after all.
The reception featured round tables decorated with the perfect shade of blush pink linens and napkins, sparkly chargers, and a simple yet beautiful menu garnished with a rose. The tall centerpieces contained the perfect combination of pink and white roses and white hydrangeas. The head table displayed gold sequin linens and a chandelier overhead that added just the right amount of glamour to the space and was captured wonderfully by Pepper Nix Photography.
After dinner, guests enjoyed toasts, cutting the cake, and the bride and groom's first dance under the beautiful night sky. This was a night that guests and the MLE team alike will always remember.
