Gina & Tucker traded in the hill in Washington DC, where they both work, for the mountains of Utah for their destination wedding. Empire Lodge at Deer Valley provided the perfect backdrop for this couple to say "I do."

Small rain showers that morning weren't going to ruin this couple's perfect day. As luck would have it, the sun began shining through the clouds just minutes before the ceremony started. The open air was filled with music from the string quartet which accompanied the sounds of nature beautifully.

The decor, which included a color palette of green, blush, and nude, was used to compliment what nature and the venue provided. Guests enjoyed a cocktail hour out on the patio and then made their way in to the lodge where they found their seat assignments displayed in wine corks in the foyer.  A mix of round and gray-washed wood tables made for a beautiful layout. Each place setting was made up of a brushed bronze charger, blush satin napkin, custom menu, and a fresh sprig of greens for a simple, classic, and elegant look.

Since the couple could not bring their furry friend along on their special day, they found a fun way to include her on the custom cocktail napkins. A monogramed wooden cake topper sat upon the elegant white cake adding the perfect personalized touch.

The lively band got everyone on the dance floor and even had the bride and groom up in the air crowd surfing. Gina and Tucker’s guests danced the night away until it was time for the sparkler send off.
