"I love planning events that highlight the unique story of those celebrating

and creating moments that provide memories for a lifetime.”

Heather has been planning events throughout her life, at times without even realizing it. Thinking in timelines, color palettes and organized to-do lists is standard for her and she was surprised to discover that everyone’s brain didn’t work the same way! That’s when she realized, what comes naturally to her could help others create amazing celebrations.

FUN FACT: Heather grew up in an Army family which has made her especially adaptable and resourceful. After moving thirteen times and living all over the United States, it still feels strange to have called Utah home for so long. Despite all those moves, she was able to celebrate her own wedding in the Victorian style home her aunt converted to an event center after her grandparents had raised their family there. This was a significant influence in her love for the special details that create event planning magic.

With a degree in Sociology from Brigham Young University and a background in Human Resources, Heather is well versed in the dynamics of group events. She loves timeless and elegant events that highlight the unique story of those celebrating. She has a talent for meticulous attention to organization and details, and she excels at creating moments that will provide memories for a lifetime. She finds herself the most joyful when helping others achieve an event of their dreams.

Heather’s love of music and talent at the piano is shared with her piano students where she manages to disguise practice and recitals as fun, seasonal celebrations. When she’s not planning an event of one kind or another, you might find her arranging flowers from her cutting garden or cherishing time in hot pilates classes. Heather feels there’s nothing better than relaxing by the water, a good book in hand, with her husband and children close by.
