Growing up, Madi always found herself falling into the role of "designated planner" for all the special events in her and her family's lives. From planning vacations, birthday parties, and assisting her friends with their celebrations, Madi always had a hand in helping her loved ones celebrate in one form or another. No matter how big or small the celebration, she is ready to do everything she can to make that moment unforgettable!

FUN FACT: Madi got married in Italy! Planning her wedding on Lake Como has given her plenty of insight on what it takes to plan a successful event from across the world, including overcoming language barriers. Having always had a love for traveling, Madi knew it was only fitting to celebrate her special day in her favorite destination. 

Madi values the little details as much as the big. As such, event planning has always intrigued and challenged her in all the right ways. Whether it's a fragrant sprig placed just so on a guest's place setting, or dreaming up delicious and customized signature cocktails, nothing makes Madi happier than helping her clients discover small ways to show their love for each other and their guests through their wedding elements. As a young girl, Madi loved setting the table for family dinners. She would even go as far as making place cards for everyone in her family! Her interest in the small details and the bigger picture led her to join the MLE team internship program in 2020. She was thrilled when Michelle invited her to officially be part of the team, and has loved learning more and gaining hands-on experience with the event planning process ever since.

In her free time, you can find Madi enjoying a musical theater production, trying out a new recipe, or playing with her two cats Obi and Binx.
