Having started her journey at MLE as an intern, Rachelle quickly discovered her knack for curating unforgettable experiences. This initial spark led her to transition seamlessly into the role of production coordinator, where she thrives on orchestrating events with precision and finesse. Her attention to detail is unparalleled, elevating each occasion from good to exceptional.

Outside of the professional realm, Rachelle finds solace in the simplicity of baking sourdough bread—a hobby that perfectly mirrors her dedication to craftsmanship and patience. Born in California but now proudly rooted in Utah, Rachelle's love for the mountains and the great outdoors serves as a constant source of inspiration in both her personal and professional life.
