Meredith and Tristan’s welcome disco party was chic, casual, and so much fun! The couple kicked-off their wedding weekend with an epic disco party where no detail was forgotten. From disco balls and big sunglasses to flare pants and platform shoes, it was the perfect start to Meredith and Tristan’s big weekend. The decor featured sequin linens in black and gold, records used for signage, and a light up dance floor.

Wendi and Jason’s High West Distillery rehearsal dinner was rustic and romantic; the perfect combination for a wedding weekend in the mountains. The rustic decor and vibrant wildflower arrangements created a beautiful, casual, and comfortable atmosphere for an evening full of conversation and celebration. Guests enjoyed delicious food, lawn games, live music, dancing, and some iconic High West Whiskey, of course.

We had the honor of designing and planning the grand opening celebration for the gorgeous Siempre Utah, a new wedding and event venue. The decor featured neutral, textured linens and textiles and fresh florals in bright shades including yellow, orange, pink, and purple - perfect for this springtime celebration.

Lauren and James created an immersive Park City experience with a weekend full of wedding celebrations with their guests. The weekend started with a casual and cozy welcome party at St. Regis Deer Valley, followed by an intimate rehearsal dinner at Riverhorse on Main.

Alana and Arik’s western-inspired welcome dinner was classy yet casual and the perfect start to a beautiful wedding weekend at Montage Deer Valley. A variety of food stations, cocktails, and lawn games greeted guests upon arrival. Whiskey barrel cocktail tables and bar height dining tables with barstool seating created a saloon-like experience. Vibrant florals added color to the space and the leather and rawhide lounge areas really completed the overall look and feel for the evening. Everyone enjoyed delectable drinks, good food, and even better company. The night ended with heartfelt toasts and s’mores by the fire!

Lauren and Jayson’s High West Distillery rehearsal dinner was rustic, casual, and inviting; the perfect start to their wedding weekend. The decor was chic and understated, using the existing wood elements and adding gorgeous fresh florals on the tables. We absolutely loved the minimal outdoor lounge area where guests could relax and mingle around the fire pit to stay warm after the sun went down.

Kelsey and Corey’s wedding weekend ended on the 4th of July with a BBQ. Friends and family gathered for good food, delicious drinks, and lawn games. The decor was simple and elegant with a red, white, and blue color palette of course! The casual vibe was the perfect way to celebrate Independence Day and close out the start of a beautiful marriage.

Kelsey and Corey’s Park City rehearsal dinner was the perfect example of an iconic Utah experience, including dinner just off Main Street and High West whiskey. The Nelson Cottage created the most cozy and intimate setting. The decor was minimal and elegant featuring clusters of textured florals and engraved wood place cards.

Jenna and Sam’s Montage Deer Valley rehearsal dinner was casual yet elegant and the epitome of a summer soiree in the mountains. The decor featured blue gingham linens and wildflower inspired florals. A reclaimed barn wood wall covered in photos of the couple, whiskey barrel “tables,” and a few hay bales added the perfect rustic touch.

Madison and Andrew started their wedding weekend glamping with guests, providing a rustic and glamorous atmosphere perfect for relaxing and socializing before the big day! Guests enjoyed whiskey tasting, lawn games, a delicious meal, live music, and a bonfire on the bride’s gorgeous private property tucked away in the Utah mountains (our favorite).

Hairitage by Mindy launched new products this summer which meant we had the opportunity to execute another gorgeous event with our amazing friend Mindy McKnight! This year’s product launch event took us out to the Bonneville Salt Flats for a truly unforgettable evening under the stars. The decor featured long, white-washed wood tables adorned with terracotta-colored linen runners, white-washed rattan chargers, blush napkins tied in a knot, rose gold flatware, and custom place cards. Down the middle of the tables were a variety of low, fresh floral centerpieces filled with the most gorgeous warm and golden tones. Twinkle lights hung from the tent frame and created the most dreamy ambiance once the sun went down.

Katie’s surprise 50th birthday celebration was the perfect combination of rustic and feminine. The decor included cocktail tables with dusty blue linens, round tables, inside the barn and out on the lawn, adorned with patterned floor-length linens, and long dark-stained wood tables topped with dusty blue linen runners. Each table was finished off with wildflower-inspired fresh floral centerpieces filled with blooms in shades of ivory, golden yellow, orange, blue, and greenery of course.

Marissa and Josh’s St. Regis Deer Valley rehearsal dinner was the epitome of summer, featuring centerpieces filled with wildflowers, classic BBQ foods, yard games, and s’mores. We just adore a fun and casual rehearsal dinner and this outdoor, Western-themed dinner was just that.

Last year we had the incredible opportunity to plan, execute, and celebrate the launch of Hairitage by Mindy McKnight at the beautiful Walker Farms. The decor was soft, romantic, and ethereal. Long wood tables filled the room embellished with flowing chiffon runners, glass chargers with rose gold accents, blush pink linen napkins, rose gold flatware, and the most gorgeous blooms in shades of blush pink and white. Round tables, adorned with perfectly blush pink linens scattered throughout the space, were the perfect complement and added depth to the overall design.

The holidays are here and we could not be more excited! This year has been challenging for so many and although things may not be back to ‘normal,’ we hope you’re able to create a holiday that brings you joy and that these table designs will provide some inspiration. This holiday season, we've created two completely different, but equally fun and festive, table designs with some really unique design elements.

While weddings are a major part of what we do at Michelle Leo Events, we also love a well designed corporate event and get excited whenever the opportunity arises. Last year we had the opportunity to design, plan, and execute an event for Sonnen and Soleil as they launched a partnership in Utah. The event took place at the beautiful new Zions Bank Training Center, just outside of Salt Lake City.
