We are seeking highly dependable, energetic, and hardworking students that are currently working towards their degrees in hospitality management with an internship requirement. We’re picky about who we invite to be part of our program, and we are specifically interested in talking to those of you who are go-getters and can handle performing under high pressure situations (such as luxury weddings).

If you have an eye for design, find that you’re a little OCD about straight lines, and tend to plan out everything from the biggest to the smallest details in your own personal life, then you’re probably a perfect fit for the face-paced life of an event planner! And that also means that we are interested in talking with you!

MLE’s internship program is designed to offer a hands-on experience to students seeking to further their knowledge and credibility within the event planning industry. We aim to better-prepare students for their future careers in the hospitality industry by equipping them with the skills necessary for event planning, timeline development, logistical management, and event day execution at some of Utah’s most prestigious event venues and locations. Many of our past interns have gone on to obtain jobs worldwide working at five star resorts, planning events around the world, and enjoying all there is about working in this exciting and exhilarating industry.
