MLE will begin accepting applications for 2025 positions in November.

Thank you for your interest in joining the Michelle Leo Events Team! This program is designed to better prepare students for the event-planning world and to equip future employees with the proper event design and management skills required to maintain the integrity of our brand and client experience. We invite students seeking internship college credit or anyone simply interested in learning more about the industry to participate in the internship program.

Internship hours are part-time and are primarily fulfilled on weekends. Our goal is to provide opportunities to shadow event managers, work side-by-side with local vendors, experience real-life event problem solving, and ultimately see things from set-up to strike.

Interns are required to work a minimum of two events per month for the duration of their internship. Internships typically require a four to six month commitment and the majority of our events are executed on Saturdays. Internships are unpaid, but college credit may be received by providing proper documentation from your university.
