Amy & Michael's Summer Wedding at Highland Gardens

Amy and Michael’s summer wedding at Highland Gardens was the perfect balance of intimate, romantic, and a total party!

The couple said, “I do” in an indoor ceremony in front of a gorgeous asymmetrical circular “arch” covered in the most beautiful blooms.

Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed mocktails and passed hors d'oeuvres before making their way into the atrium for dinner, dancing, and dessert.

The decor highlighted one long table in a beautiful dark stained wood. The tabletop featured a blush runner, gold-rimmed glass chargers, gold flatware, mauve linen napkins, and custom hand-torn menus. The centerpieces incorporated bundles of blooms and greenery down the middle of the table and tall garden-style arrangements up above on the most beautiful gold frames. Each chair was finished off with a blush satin tie and bistro lights hung overhead to complete the ambiance of the space.

The night ended with photo booth fun, delicious desserts, and live music (from Michael’s incredibly talented band), and fun was had by all! Guests sent the newlyweds on their way with a classic sparkler sendoff!

Fun fact: Michael is one of our “friendors” (a friend and fellow wedding vendor) and we could not have been happier to bring his and Amy’s special day to life!
