“From intimate gatherings to grand celebrations, I bring a refined touch to every event,
turning moments into lasting impressions”
MEET Shelby
Shelby has a personal and professional passion for entertaining, events, and hospitality. With a deep appreciation for thoughtful details, refined service, and effortless elegance, she has built a career dedicated to curating seamless, personalized, and exquisite experiences for discerning clients.
Even in the smallest East Village apartments in New York City, she was known for hosting red carpet viewing parties, birthdays, and cozy cocktail gatherings—mixing mission fig-infused bourbon by hand and serving her signature array of appetizers (her favorite thing to make and serve). That spirit of hosting with intention and warmth has never left her.
Shelby spent over two decades in New York working for luxury and lifestyle brands including Vanity Fair, NetJets, Gucci, and Forbes, where she produced high-profile events tied to the Oscars, Golden Globes, Grammys, AMAs, and the Tony Awards. From VIP dinners and brand experiences to intimate concerts with artists like John Legend, The Black Eyed Peas and Alanis Morissette, Shelby has created standout moments for A-listers, C-suite executives, and tastemakers alike. These experiences have translated seamlessly into planning and producing stand out weddings and celebrations.
FUN FACT: Shelby used to live in the South of France, and is a proud Francophile (with Italy a close runner up of her favorite places). Provence is where she fell in love with local markets, fresh produce, and, of course, endless glasses of rosé. She holds a dual degree in Studio Art and Art History from Gettysburg College, where she was the first student to graduate with a custom-designed major. When she’s not producing weddings, celebrations and events, you’ll find her scouring estate sales for unique treasures, testing new Barefoot Contessa recipes, or relaxing at home with her rescue dog, Otis.
