Designing your wedding is more than just selecting beautiful details—it's about creating an experience that feels uniquely you. As the sole designer at Michelle Leo Events, I personally guide every couple through a highly customized and intentional design journey. From our very first conversation to the moment you step into your beautifully curated space, I’m there to ensure that every element reflects your vision, personality, and love story.

Designing with Purpose: A Linear & Lateral Process

Wedding planning is a linear process. There’s a clear sequence of decisions that must unfold in the proper order to keep everything on track and avoid unnecessary stress. While it’s tempting to jump ahead to the fun stuff (like cake tastings or napkin swatches), successfully planning a wedding means making the right decisions at the right time.

While our clients follow a linear planning path, we’re simultaneously collaborating laterally behind the scenes. There are many creative partners involved in a wedding: florists, lighting designers, rental companies, musicians, calligraphers, and more. It’s a planner’s job to ensure each creative partner is set up for success by sharing the right information at the right time and making sure no detail slips through the cracks.

Our role is equal parts architect and advocate. At Michelle Leo Events, we bring both structure and artistry to every wedding we plan—ensuring a seamless process and a stunning result.
