Happy Valentine's Day from the MLE team! We'll take any excuse to celebrate love which makes today one of our favorite days of the year. We love looking back on this Valentine's inspired vendor party we designed a few years ago at La Caille. It's still one of our very favorites. 

Invitations are arguably the most important part of the wedding planning process and at the same time, one of the most difficult aspects, too. One very important aspect of any event is the food. For our Bohemian-Desert Bridal Brunch, we worked with one of our favorite local caterers, Cuisine Unlimited, to create a colorful, flavorful, and unique menu. We absolutely love incorporating the color palette into the menu and we can always count on Cuisine Unlimited to deliver in that department. Read on to hear about how we came up with such an amazing spread. 

Inspired by the colors and textures found in both Morocco and the Mediterranean, this bohemian-desert bridal brunch is the perfect way to celebrate your upcoming "I Do." We absolutely loved seeing this creation come to fruition! This La Caille winter wedding inspiration is the perfect combination of festive and glamorous. The color palette consisted of mint, cream, silver, and gold with just a hint of sparkle. The invitation was simple, yet elegant and had the most beautiful glitter envelope liner. We really love how this all came together and hope you do, too!  

Winter is here to stay in Utah and we can't think of a better way to celebrate than with some cozy winter wedding inspiration. The bride wore a faux fur vest for the perfect seasonal touch and the tabletop design consisted of a fresh green garland, pinecones, an array of candles, and more! This classic design has to be one of our favorites. Take a look for yourself. The season of giving is upon us and in an effort to give back to our community, this year the Michelle Leo Events team has decided to support Promise South Salt Lake. Promise South Salt Lake is an organization that works to implement specialized strategies and program maps based on relevant data to provide model/evidence-based curriculums and expand learning and positive youth development opportunities that support academic, physical, civic, social, and emotional youth success. 

Whitney and Taylor's winter wedding at La Caille was the perfect combination of cozy and romantic. With simple centerpieces consisting of soft blooms, candles, and pinecones, and beautiful white linens emulating the fallen snow outside, this wedding was everything good about wintertime. 

Autumn is such a beautiful and captivating time here in Utah and we are sure to take advantage of it whenever we can. This bohemian wedding inspiration is no exception. With a color palette consisting of warm yellows and browns, with just a hint of burgundy, blush and pale blue, you're sure to fall in love.

Inspired by Michelle's Italian roots and the breathtaking Amalfi coast, this styled shoot is one that we hold dear to our hearts. Boasting cultural details such as artisan breads, and a variety of cheeses, Tiramisu cake, and Lady Fingers, and lush, leafy green floral arrangements, and a vespa, we transformed a little piece of our home state into an Italian dream. 

We have more fall wedding inspiration coming to you in the form of a plum and copper color palette that has us swooning. Copper candlesticks, chargers, and flatware, accompanied by plum colored glassware and even deeper plum napkins atop a grey farmhouse table created a perfectly feminine setting. 

We don't know about you, but here in Utah the leaves are already starting to change and the crisp fall air is making its presence known. With full-blown fall weather and weddings just around the corner, we are reminded of one of our favorite photoshoots. Prompted by the surrounding golden grove of trees, this fall wedding inspiration is bursting with both classic and timeless design elements along with some really fun pops of color. 

Alexis and Dalton's Grand America Hotel wedding was nothing short of glamorous. After the couple sealed the deal at the Draper LDS Temple, friends and family made their way over to the Grand America for an elegant sit-down dinner. Upon arrival, guests were greeted by an ice sculpture of the Draper Temple and a room filled with romantic candlelight and gold gilded decor. 

Amanda and Ben's rustic fall wedding was simple and elegant in all the right ways. This couple tied the knot at Sundance with a ceremony that was soft, romantic, and inspired by the natural beauty of the mountains. Guests then enjoyed a sit down dinner with table decor that mirrored the ceremony.

Alix and Kiefer's backyard nuptials took place on a gorgeous summer day at the bride's family residence overlooking the entire Salt Lake Valley. After the couple said "I Do," guests enjoyed sweet sips and a variety of delectable bites around the pool while enjoying the view.  

Audrey and Jon's blush and plum summer wedding was the perfect combination of moody and romantic. They wed in the Salt Lake City Temple on a rainy August day. Guests celebrated the newly wed couple at the groom's family residence tucked away in Oakley, UT.

Featured in the Winter/Spring 2016 issue of Salt Lake/Park City Bride and Groom Magazine, Kara Leigh and Tyler's mountain top wedding, held at their private residence in White Pine Canyon, was one of our personal favorites. Resulting in one of the largest ceremonies we've ever orchestrated, this organic and ethereal inspired wedding displayed, at the time, the up and coming foggy blue color palette perfectly. 

Jamie and Derek's Weber State wedding was held on a gorgeous summer day at the place where they met and fell in love. Married at the Ogden Temple followed by a luncheon and later a reception on the Weber State campus, surrounded by those they love, this couple had the perfect start to their life together. 

Isabel and Aaron's fairytale-esque wedding, held at La Caille, was traditional and romantic in all the right ways. Inspired by the castles in Portugal, the bride included decor elements reflecting her heritage, such as authentic blue and white Portuguese tiles imported from Portugal that served as table numbers.
